They initially told me it would be nearly $200 just to diagnose a wheel/brake issue, so I declined and sat in the parking lot for a few minutes while I called around to explore my options. A few minutes later, the employee came back out and said I had misunderstood—that the diagnosis would be free if they performed the repair. I explained that I was still calling around and considering my options. At that point, I was told to move my vehicle because they needed the parking space. That interaction was a major red flag for me. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning.

The service is friendly. I needed and alignment and given competitive price on their website ($100), booked an appointment. Upon arrival, I was quoted $400, and this is a small car. Have I waited a little, I would receive this quote over email; this could save me a trip. Good luck!
